What are your payment terms?
A
Payments must be made in Japanese yen by T.T. (Telegraphic Transfer, Wire Transfer) We will send you our bank account information upon receiving your order. We also accept Credit card payment through PayPal. For more details please check our How to Buy page.

We will inform you of our bank account and passport ID information during the purchasing process.

Do you accept payment in foreign currencies?

We accept payment only in Japanese Yen.

How many days will be required after placing an order until the delivery?
A
The delivery will differ depending on the destination. Generally speaking, it will take about three (3) days for Russia and Hong Kong, three (3) weeks for New Zealand and Australia, and anything between four (4) to six (6) weeks for other regions of the world for the delivery. However, some shipments are on monthly basis, except for New Zealand, Europe, Australia where we have shipments twice a month. Therefore, you need to take in account of the waiting period in addition to the above period when you estimate the delivery date.

Is it possible to import a used car from Japan into my country?

As import laws vary from country to country, you should check with your country's customs department .Depending on the country, you may not be able to import some car models. You need to check your country's registration laws before you begin the purchasing process.

Do your car prices include the shipping charge?
A
No, they do not. Shipping charges, which are based on the volume in cubic meters of the car and the destination. We will inform you about the shipping charges in our quotation. You can get an idea about these charges from our Shipment Charges Table.

Can I insure my shipment ?
A
Insurance is not included in the cost of shipping, but if you wish to insure your shipment, please let us know during the order process, and we can get insurance for you at an extra charge

Do you give any warranty for the vehicles?
A
No, we don't give any warranty on used cars, but we openly disclose the condition of the car including any interior/exterior damage, repair history, the distance the car has been driven, etc. We report this information in accordance with Japanese auction level reporting, so you can understand the condition of the car you are buying.
